Approximately two years of work between the University of Magdalena, the Free University of Brussels (VUB) and other universities and institutions in Latin America and Europe were enough for the consolidation of Elanet, a project of the European Union, within the framework of the Erasmus Program +, designed to promote social entrepreneurship.
