TECSORE

TECSORE is a social enterprise, whose purpose is to solve the major social problems that affect the communities of Colombian and Latin American society through empowerment, by enhancing the gifts and talents of the people who make them up. The way TECSORE fulfills its purpose is through three lines of action: 1. communities, 2. social organizations and 3. alliances. In the first line, programs are carried out in vulnerable communities, so that they can identify their problems and, based on their gifts and talents, find solutions. The second line is focused on identifying the capabilities of social organizations and, based on these, redesigning or building their strategy and making it operational. The third line is that of alliances, where programs are built and implemented together with different actors.
