The United Colombia Foundation for Dignity (Dignicolombia) works to build global citizenship, from a gender perspective and differential approach, for the social transformation of territories, protecting and promoting Human Rights. At Dignicolombia we have five (5) main lines: gender equality; entrepreneurship; historical memory and cultural heritage; youth; and education. We articulate our psychosocial, cultural and democratic construction work under a citizen training approach in which different actors participate from a global perspective, influencing from the local level. From our dignity fellows project, we carry out an international volunteering experience that seeks to inspire young people from different places who are willing to work together to change the world, becoming true global citizens, contributing to socioeconomically vulnerable communities in the department of Atlantico, Colombia.
