The Economic Development component of the Ministry of Finance, through the Save Cartagena Together Development Plan, is conceived as an instrument of inclusion for the people of Cartagena through productive chains, the business strengthening of the city’s prioritized economic sectors and the strengthening of entrepreneurship through academic training and closing employability gaps.”
