DADA code seeks to form a new generation of Bolivian women in programming with technical and personal competences that can export their services from their homes attending an unsatisfied international market and promoting the technological development of the country. Thus generating economic independence in women, empowerment, social mobility and that Bolivia positions itself in the digitalized world. This program will take place in 9 months, 6 months of technical training (more demanded and English technical languages) and competency development (empowerment, strengthen the basic skills of a programmer). Our initial market is Santa Cruz de la Sierra – Bolivia, which has about 1 million women of which about 386 thousand are between 18 and 40 years (digital natives of working age).
