Asociación Luchando por el Futuro es una organización de pequeños productores de la parroquia de Sinincay de la ciudad de Cuenca, creada hace 7 años con el fin de solventar las necesidades de la parroquia, y ayudar a sus socios aprovechando de los productos que da la tierra, dándoles estabilidad económica y fomentando la producción agrícola, actualmente se encuentra formado por 13 socios que con su trabajo se lleva a cabo la producción y venta de vinos artesanales, platos típicos y productos agrícolas.
Estos pequeños productores se especializan en la fabricación los vinos artesanales de varios sabores, como de capulí, mora, maracuyá, uva, fresa, uvilla, tamarindo, mango, cerezo chino, taxo, manzana o naranja, también, se dedican a la preparación de pollo asado, cuy asado, quimbolitos, tamales, humitas y quesillos, y además ofrecen sus productos agrícolas cultivados de manera orgánica.

These small producers specialize in manufacturing the handmade wines of several flavors, such as Capulí, Mora, Maracuyá, Grape, Strawberry, Uvilla, Tamarind, Mango, Chinese cherry, Taxo, Apple or Orange, also, are dedicated to the preparation of Roast chicken, whose roasted, chembolks, tamales, humites and quesillos, and also offer their agricultural products grown organically.
