This entrepreneurship arose from a social program of the Escuela Superior Politecnica del Litoral (ESPOL) oriented to help entrepreneurial initiatives, in compliance with its social responsibility. Its objective is to support a group of 13 women from La Unión, an area of extreme poverty, located in Durán, Guayas province-Ecuador. This group has received training and technical advice in areas of communication, sales, marketing, and finance. This training has helped them identify a business opportunity, which will contribute to generating income to improve the quality of life of their family. Currently, they are providers of partner companies and it is expected to expand their market.
