Kairos was founded through the collaboration of professionals committed to the improvement and innovation of public and private services aimed at the most vulnerable subjects. The group is specialized in projects for minors, families and children marginalized by society and the world of work or excluded from educational opportunities. Kairos’ goal is to create the conditions for an inclusive society by weaving links between the society, the productive world and the community carrying out activities such as: • Social agriculture: offering empowerment courses, i.e. personal and professional growth, in contact with nature. Training experiences within a “real” production context such as the farm. Like NEETs, migrants or people with mild disabilities. • Networks and partnerships: supporting third sector bodies, companies (agricultural and not only), public bodies and subjects involved in social services who want to work and design in partnership. • Social planning: creating and planning interventions in partnership to facilitate the inclusion and autonomy of the weakest sections of society. • System interventions for mother-child structures and services: supporting organizations that deal with reception and social integration. Kairos projects: • Social farming projects; • Projects for the autonomy of mother-child families; • #UnderConstruction – paths for the prevention of educational poverty for minors; • subjected to criminal and judicial proceedings; • Contaminations; • Girls at the Center – social inclusion of second generation girls.
