We are an organisation made up of a group of people diverse in age, gender and profession who, since 2008, have been working for the development of children and adolescents in vulnerable neighbourhoods of Lima. We offer free sports and cultural programmes for development, training of leaders and agents of change. We focus on strengthening neighbourhood identity to reduce the gaps that limit the full development of children and adolescents in our community. In this way we promote sustainable growth that inspires young people to replicate the project in their territories.To achieve this transformation, our work philosophy “the neighbourhood as a school” links the social with the urban, the culture with the infrastructure, the intimate with the collective, the urban with the natural environment. Thus, we organise our work along three lines of action: psycho-educational, sport/culture and public spaces. Each of them contributes to community development from a different front.
