Kunan is the platform that drives, integrates and inspires the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in Peru. The initiative was born in 2014 as an initiative of the Global Shapers Lima Hub, an initiative of the World Economic Forum and the alliance “Together to Transform” of Gastón Acurio and Telefónica del Perú. In 2018 it signed an alliance with Peru 2021, representative of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development in Peru, to become the social entrepreneurship unit of the organization. Today Kunan has different activities that aim to consolidate the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in Peru, and seeks to position it as an effective tool for social transformation in our country, being recognized as one of the leading initiatives in social entrepreneurship in the region.
