Fix
FIX is recognized as a Local Initiative for Employment Development (PIOW) by the Brussels-Capital Region and as a Social Economy Project by the Federal government. It carries out renovation works in schools and public buildings in Brussels. FIX workers are low-skilled jobseekers who gain practical experience for up to two years. During the process, all workers receive a Dutch on-the-job course and are supervised by experienced technical instructors. After their trajectory, their workers can start work in companies on the regular labor market.
