Sabor Clandestino

Sabor Clandestino is a group of chefs who work collectively and self-managed, with the initiative of being able to transmit a kitchen that is framed in the culture, daily life and contemporary situation of Bolivia. All members manage different resources to enrich group work, to obtain short and medium-term results. The group sets a work agenda in relation to the problem of lack of education for food sovereignty in Bolivia.
