The social enterprise Bakery Joy employs young people over the age of 18, with multiple disabilities, who have no opportunity to find a job in the real labour market. We believe in and work for the cause of Joy Bakery as a place to produce delicious baked goods and a working example of employment in appropriate settings that transforms young people with disabilities into capable and equal citizens.
