UTRO was born out of a natural desire for the elderly patrons of our families to receive professional and comprehensive care in the comfort of their own home and close to family, friends and community. We named the platform MORNING because like the morning sunrise, our mission is to give new beginnings, hope and attention to our loved ones to recover and live fully in a safe home environment. In addition to providing excellent service to each of our clients, UTRO’s mission is to build Bulgaria’s first trained community of caregivers and personal assistants. Our service is one small but sustainable step towards creating a healthy and functioning outpatient care system, inspired by the needs of our grandparents and parents and with future generations in mind.
