Asociación Mujeres Campesinas de Piñalito (ASOMUCAPI)

Asociación Mujeres Campesinas de Piñalito (ASOMUCAPI) was born in the municipality of VistaHermosa, Meta, initially consisting of 19 women from different villages. Today it has the participation of 24 women of various characteristics, including young people, single mothers, older women and women victims of the armed conflict. The work of this initiative has been focused on generating organic fertilizers for healthy food production, generating food security for families, caring for the environment and improving the quality of life of rural women in the territory.

We are an organization of women that seeks to improve the quality of life of their families and themselves through the implementation of an integral model in their productive units with an agroecological approach.
