EL producto propuesto para el presente proyectos es la Cachama
Blanca (Piaractus brachypomus). La comercialización del producto es constante, ya que es de gran consumo en el municipio de Valencia en todas las épocas del año, teniendo en cuenta que es un alimento de gran consumo en la localidad con grandes características nutritivas y gran demanda en la región, a pesar de que en municipio hay productores locales e presente , nuestro emprendimiento generará carne de cachama de excelente calidad, con los procesos de producción cosecha y postcosecha de calidad, proceso de transporte y conservación técnicos al igual que generará oportunidades laborares locales y apuntara a contribuir al desarrollo de la región, el emprendimiento de producción y comercialización es respetuoso con el medio ambiente, conservando la fauna y flora de su rango de acción.”
