Shapebrand

Did you know that the cardboard boxes of cereals, wrappers and other products that are used every day can become works of art? I am Luisa Velasco, I create works of art in recycled paper and cardboard and with my hands I can help save the lives of 17 trees. I am passionate about art, but to find a realistic art museum I had to travel to the Madame Tussaud Wax Museum in Amsterdam, and what I want is for people in Colombia to have the opportunity to enjoy new entertainment spaces with their families, where they can get closer to their favorite characters, take a picture and connect with art and the environment in a different way. Together with my family, we created Shapebrand, an artistic production venture for the advertising and entertainment market, where we turn the ideas of companies and people into visual art projects. Now, we created the first traveling paper museum, which can travel through cultural centers, shopping centers, libraries or restaurants, with the construction of famous figures of world leaders, artists, figures of the seventh art and Colombian athletes who revive the history of our country and create experiential art, culture and entertainment scenarios, strengthening national and international tourism. The capacity for realism and delicacy in the transformation of paper to turn it into works of art, is our main differentiating value, and environmental impact for sustainability. This process is carried out by a team of artists and designers with more than 10 years of experience.
