Founded in 2014, La Hueca de la Quisquís is family business in gastronomy. We innovate in our menu, and we focus on hiring young staff from our community. In our restaurant you can assemble your dish with the variety of moros, salads, potatoes or patacones, also we offer buffet services for events. We are also launching an extension called la hueca kids party that provides snack services (canguil, cotton candy etc.) thinking of the little ones to continue improving the service and provide work for young people in a safe area to continue studying.
