“Armonia Work” was established in 2001. The cooperative’s commitment is based on the centrality of the person, with particular attention to disadvantaged members who often have difficulties in finding a job. For “Armonia Work” it is essential to create a dialogue with others and an active participation that guarantees the success of its services and offers an environment in which its members can live their work with passion and in which can find opportunities for professional and personal growth. Type b sector activities: • Cleaning services: the cleaning service offers a job opportunity to many disadvantaged people, such as the disabled, ex-convicts, ex-drug addicts, migrants, who work on numerous services through work grants and fixed-term and permanent employment contracts. • Carpentry workshop: the carpentry service is in the Saluzzo Day Center for people with a physical and mental disability that limits the achievement of personal autonomy. “Le Nuvole” was born from the need to create a laboratory suitable for the guests of the center. • Green areas maintenance and municipal heritage: the maintenance service of the green areas and maintenance of the municipal heritage is carried out in the various municipalities of the Cuneo area. The service takes care of keeping the areas in order by mowing the grass, cleaning, arranging and taking care of the ordinary maintenance. • Maintenance of purifiers and aqueducts: this service consists in taking care of the external areas, treatment of the plants and aqueducts of the ACDA (Azienda Cuneese dell’Acqua) of Cuneo. Type a sector activities: • Transport services: The transport service has always characterized the “Armonia Work” Cooperative. This service is aimed at people with disabilities, the elderly, minors in charge of social services. • Work initiation center for disabled people “g. Duels”
