Beta is a Social Cooperative born in 1994 that has always dealt with job placements for disadvantaged people. Jobs are found for people with physical, mental or psychiatric disabilities, those with a history of addiction to substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.) or who have served prison sentences. The social cooperative operates in various sectors i.e. green maintenance, management of ecological services, removals, interior decorating, cleaning, canteen service, catering, park safety, call centers, logistics and other service opportunities for institutions, public administrations, companies, associations, consortia, private individuals.

The mission is to work well together and transform disadvantage into a resource. The founding principles are: respect for people, attention to the territory, enhancement of individual skills and continuous training of members, participatory management and management transparency.
