Camelot Società Cooperativa Sociale was established in June 1993 by some young people from the Ce.I.S. of Reggio Emilia and a group of volunteers interested in a self-managed work experience. 

The cooperative’s purpose is to pursue human promotion and social integration of citizens through the management of social, health and educational services, as well as the performance of various agricultural, industrial, commercial or service activities. All these activities aim to give human, moral, cultural and professional qualification to people with limited abilities e.g. physical, mental, sensory, etc.,  by providing them with employment. Camelot also promotes training activities to encourage the recovery of disadvantaged people and enable them to start working.

Camelot sees more than 153 working for the and since its establishment has given work opportunities to 720 people.
