Cascina Bianca, a non-profit social cooperative in Milan, was founded in 1996 by a group of women. The Cooperative aims at pursuing the general interest of the Community through the management of social-health, education and recreational-aggregation services. Cascina Bianca was immediately operational, with highly qualitative characteristics as most of the founding members already worked in this field as Social Assistants, Health Assistants, Psychologists, Educators and Teachers. The Cascina Bianca social cooperative society takes care of children, adolescents, adults with autism or with complex disabilities and their families helping them to achieve quality of life, collaborating and interacting with the entire network.
