Il Calabrone is a Social Cooperative born in Brescia in 1981 from a group of people engaged in solving problems of youth discomfort and marginalization. The activities put forward every day are to promote the common good and the social integration of citizens, with particular attention to those who are going through a period of hardship. Many skilled workers, numerous volunteers and supporters, also as members of the cooperative, help Il Calabrone achieve its mission. The Cooperative also collaborates with other cooperative bodies, social enterprises and organizations of the third sector on a local, national and international level.
