Koinè is a social cooperative founded in 1989 which provides services for children, minors and their families, the environment, culture and training. Particular attention is given to the issues of sustainability, social inclusion and culture. With 30 years of experience it bases its activity on an organizational structure of around 330 members. Koinè promotes innovative community activation processes in response to emerging needs by listening to and relating to the territory, networking with different subjects, i.e.: public, profit, non-profit and civil society. The methodology always starts by dialoguing with people and the community, in a perspective of widespread responsibility, inspired by the concepts of solidarity, activation and participation in the construction of the common good.
