PizzAut was founded by Nico Acampora, father of an autistic child. Nico, together with a group of autistic children is building a great inclusion project and especially a great opportunity to build a better world. The project aims to start a social inclusion laboratory through the creation of a restaurant run by children with autism. The trainees will be flanked with catering and rehabilitation professionals. The first phase of training will allow the students to study together with psychologists and educators the most appropriate task for each one of them in order to be included in the PizzAut staff. Also, the PizzAutObus is the inclusive food truck run by autistic children.
