Asociación Equilibrio is a Non-Governmental Development Organisation (NGDO), whose aim is to care for the emotional health of people in general. The methods used to achieve this goal are the implementation of programmes and activities that contribute to social development and mental health. It is also supported by public bodies, municipalities and private entities. Its main objectives are to increase the sense of well-being and reduce the levels of stress, anxiety and depression in the population; to increase the educational level of the country and to create spaces for dialogue and improvement of the quality of life of citizens in a state of neglect.
