Created in 2018 in Piura, Peru, El Perro Viringo Cine (EPVC) is a production house dedicated to filmmaking, training and distribution. They have produced more than twenty short films, exhibited in more than thirty film festivals around the world. In order to decentralize film training in Peru, they have held a series of workshops and master classes that have had great national and international reach. Their work has won awards at various film festivals in Mexico, Paraguay and Peru. In addition, they have been beneficiaries of the Economic Stimulus of the Peruvian Ministry of Culture on different occasions. They currently produce commercials, video clips, web content, etc., becoming a strong cinematographic reference in Piura for new filmmakers.
